JOB PURPOSE
To manage effectively the department of Finance with the objective to control the financial process, prepare the financial reporting and ensure target profitability, cash-flows and sufficient liquidity for the company.

GENERAL DUTIES (MANAGEMENT)
Define manpower needs of the department based on departmental responsibilities and actual workload to ensure solid human resources for the department. Forecast employees’ training needs to ensure their sustainable development.
Manage performance of the department. Breakdown department’s performance objectives, define KPI, and make performance interviews and coaching to immediate subordinates, in order to lead and stimulate subordinates to fulfill tasks successfully.
Formulate and maintain finance management processes and policies.
Work out, supervise and control departmental work plans & budgets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Reporting:
?Prepare the company’s yearly budget reports based on standard templates
?Prepare a quarterly budget forecast based on the company’s financial performance and the outlook for the remaining year.
?Prepare monthly report based on standard templates to ensure that the headquarter is well informed about the company’s financial situation, covering the main KPI’s “profitability”, “cash flows” and “liquidity”.
?Prepare internal management reports and analysis to provide financial transparency to the management supporting them making decisions based on fundamental data.
JOB PURPOSE

2.Cost Controlling:
?Define internal KPI’s and targets to measure the departmental performances to improve cost awareness and ensure reaching the company’s targets;
?Coordinate the internal planning process, define and track due dates and set targets for the involved departments to fulfil the company’s financial targets;
?Maintain cost center budgets in the SAP system to keep cost control within the departments;
?Control customer project related cost within the SAP project system and monitor the production efficiency with group wide defined KPI’s.

3.Accounting:
?Ensure a proper and efficient accounting. Be responsible for an effective and efficient internal control system.
?Prepare financial statements in accordance with local GAAP (PPC GAAP) and lead them over to German GAAP (HGB) within a standard consolidation package.
?Ensure the company’s accounting is in compliance with all obligations subject to public law and Chinese official authorities. This includes all tax declaration, release of financial statement and other reporting obligations.
?Prepare regular internal and external audits on financial issues.
?Ensure the company’s taxation is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Perform tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

4.Treasury:
?Keep the contact with local banks in coordination with the general manager and RAS headquarter.
?Prepare the weekly payment runs and all other cash disposition activities.
?Monitor the company’s cash flow and optimize the cash usage to ensure sufficient liquidity.
?Monitor cash flows in foreign currencies and arrange adequate hedging in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and in coordination with RAS headquarter.

QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above; majoring in Accounting
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years in professional field& 5 years in management
LANGUAGE SKILLS:Good English communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS:Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project)
