KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.IT Help desk: Collecting and analyzing user problems

2.Planning, Installing and take care of all local IT equipment

3.Ensure the availability of the IT system and the local data processing center

4.Coordination of internal departments and supervise external IT suppliers and consultants

5.Implementation of the IT security policy and access authorizations

6.Support the local network / wide area network

7.Administrate the local server and systems according the central policy and standards

8.Contact person for all IT issues in the China facility

9.Coordination Enterprise Resources Planning - ERP (SAP) and Product Lifecycle Management - PLM (CDB) issues

10.Local implementation of the defined IT strategy and standards

11.Participate of the regular and global IT meetings and telecoms

12.Support the global IT coordinator by definition of new IT standards and security policy

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: IT- Technician and experience of minimum 2 – 3 years (MCSE or MCSA certification is favourable)

EXPERIENCE: Experience in help desk / end-user support

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English spoken and written communication skills

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

1.Well knowledge in Microsoft Windows clients system (Windows 7, Office, Outlook)

2.Well knowledge in Microsoft Windows server systems (Active directory, Exchange)

3.Basic knowledge in Linux

4.Basic knowledge in VM Ware (server virtualization)

5.Knowledge in internal local network and telephony
