职位描述
1.Work preparation
Main purpose of the job / Mission:
Ensure that Work Documents are valid when they are released to Production. Ensure that BOM and work documents reflect the designed product. Ensure that changes to design and/or processes are communicated and traced through the manufacturing process. Ensure that all work documents are removed from the shop floor once the product has been manufactured.
Key tasks:
1) Through interaction with sales engineers abroad, ensure that BOM and production drawings are received.
2) Through contact with design engineers abroad, ensure that drawings and BOM are correct and according to the designed.
3) Prepare the complete drawing packaged for approval
4) Ensure that drawings are released to workshop in time.
5) Ensure that production has valid drawing at all times.
6) Optimise efficiency and minimise waste by create/change programs for CNC machines
Competence knowledge-skills-attitude-motivation to do the job:
Knowledge and skills:
1) College degree or above, preferred hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metals & Materials Engineering.
2) preferred to have minimum 2 years' experience with heavy industry
3) Need to have good English skills
4) At least 2-year experience in using AutoCAD, competent for drafting
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Point and Word

2.Welding Engineer for stainless steel
Main purpose of the job / Mission:
?Ensure welders in stainless production perform weldings according procedures,
?Ensure welders produce good quality weldings.
Key tasks:
1)Evaluating welders performance in regards to Quality
2)Creating necessary WPS for new stainless welding situations, together with Global welding engineers
3)Setting up and driving the training of stainless welders
4)Setting up and organizing certification of welders, together with Quality dept.
5)Specifying consumables for stainless welding.
6)Specifying and selecting new welding equipment, together with production management.
7)Join workshop management in the continuing effort to improve quality and efficiency.
Competence knowledge-skills-attitude-motivation to do the job:
Knowledge and skills:
1)College degree or above, major in Metals & Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2)Can read and understand drawings and documents in English, verbal English is the plus.
3)Familiar with WPS /WPQR (International Stainless steel welding procedure)
4)with the relative stainless steel welding qualification or certificate
5)Could give the instructions and training to stainless steel welders.
6)Have broad knowledge of stainless steel metallic character (includes high grade stainless steel:316-904-Duplex-Inconnel), and know how to work with all kinds of stainless steel(welding and post treatment: pickling and passivation)

2)Support welding related issue in production;

4)Coach the welders to manufacture stainless steel production to the required quality level;
3.Workshop leader for stainless steel
Main purpose of the job / Mission:

4.Project Engineer
Main tasks:
?Executeinvestments projects within production, including: making equipment specification, set-up investment budget, making risk assessment, FAT for the investment
?Execute sub-projects within ALPS and improvement projects from production unit
?Implement manufacturing of Alfa Laval products in the Qingdao factory, including: Project planning, budgeting, delivery and follow-up.
?Interacting and/or reporting with/to Steering Committees, stakeholders and line managers,
as appropriate.
Your background:
?You have experience of managing projectsor subprojects within operations, e.g. manufacturing site in an international environment.
?You have an engineering degree on bachelor level and a good technical understanding.
?3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company.
?Experience from improvement tools, e.g. 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
?Experience within Auto CAD
