Requirements:
- University degree with mechanical design and manufacturing or electronics majors;
-More than 3 years proven experience of related responsibility.
-Foreign company’s working experience will be preferred.
-Previous experience on designing of fixtures will be preferred.
-Good mechanical engineering principles knowledge.
-Knowledge of the principles of automation, hydraulics, and electrical engineering, logic plc.
-Knowledge of materials (plastic, ferrous and others), applications and processes.
-Basic knowledge of the principle of hot forming and cold working of metals for removal.
-Knowledge Lean-production (VMS "value steam map, FMEA, P-FMEA, Problem solving) KPI-process.
-Knowledge of the principles of workplace safety and environmental issues.
-Knowledge and technical drawing software systems.

Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for equipment management and manufacturing process development;
-Design and improve fixtures, tools and special equipment
-Manufacturing Process improvement and standardization.
-Production line layout rebuilding based on LEAN principle.
-Assist in investigating root cause of quality issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
-Study and develop manufacturing process, prepare working instructions and training operators.
-Define cycle time and balance the production line.
-Find suppliers and make negotiation on terms of technology and business to buy equipment, machines,
molds, tools and fixtures, check status of delivery and lead the activity of acceptance test.
-Support GM and OM for industrial cost analysis, industrial saving solutions evaluations.
-Support GM and OM for analysis and development of investment and budget management.
-Support, suggest and coordinate Maintenance Department or landlord to maintain the workshop.
-Any other assignment from management.
