职位描述
Responsibilities:
Intending applicants should be able to demonstrate:
· Process owner of all Supply Chain processes within factory; to keep the best practice procedures and processes are used.
· Cooperate and strengthen the supply chain organization within BU Trucks factories.
· Run the volume planning process (quarterly capacity Booking and monthly input-output).
· Continuously improve the service level to customers.
· Control inventory levels and prepare actions for further improvements.
· Run projects to improve the performance of Supply Chain.
· Be a responsible Interface with sales units.
· Shipment & Logistics management.
Together with the following personal qualities:
· Leadership skills as defined in the company Leadership Profile
(change focus, driving performance, developing talents, decisiveness, ...)
· The ability to communicate effectively and relate with people at all levels
· Be target oriented and self-motivated
· Ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
· Strong drive and persistence
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in major of economical engineering or economics
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar manufacturing of demand chain environment
· Good knowledge in supply chain & purchasing processes
· Ability to construct and implement an effective working system
· Strong leadership, good communication and coaching skills
· Very good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
· Strong process oriented drive and experience in system implementation
