Position:IE Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Define, design and authorize the layout in office areas, production, warehouse and general areas in order to optimize productivity and to assure best usage of occupied areas
2. Roll out organized continuous improvement process in whole plant
3. Follow up on the implementation of CIM ideas in related areas
4. Define strategies necessary to accomplish the continued optimization of human resources as well as production equipments, and auxiliary material
5. Drive productivity improvement within focus factories
6. Develop and train competencies with regard to ergonomics and line balancing
7. Realize the rollout of lean manufacturing philosophy in the whole and drive implementation of Lean production derived from automotive lean strategy
8. Responsible for definition and implementation of manufacturing strategy based on Automotive strategy
9. Responsible for definition and implementation of process standards (robust processes)
10. Coordinate the material identification system and management of materials in the production area
11. Define and coordinate strategies for correct introduction of new products
12. Knowledge transfer within plant and from/to BU central functions
13. Responsible for department management

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of lean management.
Over 5 years of working experiences, especially familiar with production and lean management.
Strong leadership with good problem solving and conflict resolution skill.
Fluent in English.
