职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the technical design, development, testing, and deployment aspects of the software development lifecycle of all our internal development projects.
2. Directly manage the development and quality assurance teams.
3. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation plans.
4. Responsible for maintaining and continually improving our software development process.
5. Responsible for the support and maintenance of our internal software applications, bug fixing, and issue management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Major in Information Technology or related field.
3. Deep technical expertise with both SQL Server, .Net, C#, QA testing technologies.
4. More than 5 years relevant work experience. Minimum 3 years experience in team management and software development projects management.
5. Strong English Written and Oral skills
6. Strong analytical mind and structured approach to problem solving
