职位职能：餐饮部秘书
岗位职责：
1.部门文件档案的收集、整理及归档；
2、统计汇总部门当月的各项考勤信息、加班还休情况及部门内其他周期性事务工作；
3.参加部门例会，做好会议记录，确保各项通知及时上传下达；
4.与其他部门建立良好的协调与沟通；


任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历。具有秘书工作经验至少1年以上。
2、掌握餐饮经营管理一般知识，熟悉餐饮秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3、懂得接待礼仪、礼节，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
4、有较好的文字组织能力。
5、具备出色的沟通、组织协调能力及分析判断能力，对工作有良好的计划和控制能力。
6、有星级酒店秘书、助理职位工作经验者优先。
7、英语书面及口头表达能力优秀者优先。
