职位描述
Job description / Mission:
We are looking for an accountant in Atlas Copco Industrial Technique (Qingdao) Tool Co.,Ltd. You will be responsible for the accounting and reporting issues:
1.Book-keeping of GL, inter-company AR and AP
2.Issue invoice/debit note to inter companies, reconcile AP and AR with inter-companies
3.Fixed assets created, change and scrap
4.Reconciled GL and sub-ledge, check transactions entered by cashier
5.Group monthly reports preparation
6.Statutory report, tax declaration
7.Coordinate with external/internal audit
8.Support to other departments for providing financial data
9.Any other job assigned by his/her reporting manager
Experience requirements:
1.Experienced in GL accounting at least over 4 years
2.Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard
3.Be familiar with tax, experienced in external audit and annual income tax filing is priority
4.Knowledge sophisticated ERP system, SAP or Scala is priority
Knowledge / Educational requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
2.Good English in both writing and speaking
3.Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel
Personality requirements:
You should be service minded, able to work under pressure with high commitment. As you will be working in a team together with other colleagues, it is important that you are communicative and comprehensive.
