Responsibility:
-To prepare on-line e-payments in Deutsche Bank system in accordance with separately authorized “User Profile” for the Employee as authorized by designated signatories

-To prepare payment vouchers for all expenses and purchasing

-To undertake all other normal actions and duties as Cashier

-To prepare tax documents for export tax return, and declaration, VAT registration and related job

-Issue VAT and export invoice, inter company debit note

-Booking expense in GL, external AP in Sub-ledger

-To check staff personal expenses claim invoices and arrange the payment for Business Controller and General Manager’s authorization

-Preparing Expense claim and cash advanced payment in DBDI, related booking in ERP

-Payroll booking, IIT receipt check and booking

-To print and bind the accounting vouchers and documentations

-To support business control by means of providing necessary figures and reports

-Other issues related to cashier and AP accountant

Qualification:
1. At least 3 years experience in Finance area as a cashier or accountant assistant.
2. Pay attention to details and patient
3. Finance related major.
4. Basic work-related English level.
