Description of Activities :

As the leader of the Qingdao painting workshop(At FAW inside), is in charge of the running of the workshop according to Qingdao plant's requirements.
Improves the competitively of the workshop to exceed FAW's requirement.
Manages the customer delivery plan, enhance customer forecast plan work, define the reasonable production plan
Implement fully the quality policy . reduce CNQ
Implement fully HSE policy.
Stops the production in any case of danger.
Implements the production plan.
Supervises the production/process productivity plan.
Fits the manpower of the workshop to the needs in collaboration with HR department.
Ensures a good organizational climate by developing communication and implementing the POAE industrial relationships policy.
Ensures good relationships with customers, solves the customers' complaints with the professional skills
Manages his/her team manpower (training, career development...)



Skills and educations:
Proven ability of leadership, good command of management
Sponsor for effective activities, better practices and process improvement
Hands-on style and focuse the floor
Production technical knowledge in new projects planning to support marketing department
Customer focus, able to deal directly with customers
Fast learner in understanding the company's business and market, product and
technical knowledge, customers' expectations
Academic background in Engineering, communication in English


Profile :
Good track record (>=5 years) in industrial international companies, building a stable career
Experience in the Automotive market is perferred
Experience in developing supply/production plans for serving clients, experience in managing production workshop, supervising some key aspects of manufacturing (production, quality, logistics, HSE)
Lean manufacturing experience is preferred
Accustomed to work within a multinational corporate environment
Familiar with TS16949
