·Ensure that all the safety systems can be carried out in every position of every department.

·Complete the work of patrol, point duty, inspection and so on. Security guard is responsible for finding and reporting all the hidden dangers.

完成日常巡查、站岗、检查等工作，有责任发现并及时报告一切不安全隐患。

·Be familiar with post environment and the placement of fire fighting equipments. Prepare for safety accidents. Check immediately and operate the equipments as rules when accident occurs.

熟悉岗位环境，消防设备的安放情况，做好各项安全准备工作，一旦有事件发生，及时查看，并按规定操作有关设备。

·Find and stop all behaviors disobeying the rules and regulations of hotel and report immediately according to the situation.

发现并积极劝说、制止员工的各种违反店纪店规现象，并根据情况及时上报。

·Participate in all kinds of incidents directly to ensure the hotel keep in order.

直接参与各种突发事件的控制，维护和保证酒店正常的营业秩序。

·Check your appearance at any moment. Provide good service for guests.

随时检查自己在岗时的仪容仪表，为客人提供良好的服务。

·Voluntary to greet guests when meeting them. Try to provide convenience for guests (such as opening doors, carrying luggage, opening elevator), and exhibit the mental outlook of Starwood security guard.

遇到客人主动问候。尽可能为客人提供方便（如：开门、提行李、开电梯等），并以此展现中心假日酒店保安人员的精神风貌。

·Keep an eye on suspects at any moment and take actions to make them give up the illegal activities in the hotel.

随时留意可疑人员，采取可行措施使其放弃在酒店内部进行非法活动。

·Make spot check on associates’ Changing Room with Human Resource at odd intervals.

陪同人力资源部不定时抽查员工更衣橱。

·If finding guests’ lost items, security guard should hand them in Housekeeping Department and record and report it.

如发现客人遗留物品，应将所有物品上缴客房部并作详细记录后上报。

·Keep the interphone in Working order on duty to ensure a free communication. Control the volume of interphone so that not to effect on guests and other associates.

值班时间要始终开启对讲机，保证通讯通畅。注意合理控制对讲机音量，以不影响客人和其他员工的正常工作。

·When solving safety problems, security guards should not only comply with rules of hotel, but also do in a polite, friendly and appropriate way. To the questions of complaint, abuse and beating, they must do: Do not strike back or call names back. Behavior in reason, favorableness, honor. Otherwise they will be punished according to hotel discipline.

在处理保安问题时，既要严格遵守酒店的有关制度，又要彬彬有礼、善于助人、做事得体。对客人的投诉、辱骂、动手打人，必须做到：打不还手、骂不还口、有理、有利、有节，否则按酒店有关纪律处罚。

·Once there is an emergency, hurry to the scene at the same time of reporting, and take actions actively to control the situation. Investigate the situation from involved people at the scene to hold first information and record it.

一旦酒店内发生紧急事件，在立即报告的同时，迅速赶到现场，积极采取措施控制事态发展，并向在场有关人员调查情况，掌握第一手资料，做好记录。

·Except a fire emergency, security guard who is patrolling can enter in guest room only with Guest Service Manager or house keeper.

除遇发生火警等紧急情况外，执行巡查任务的保安员必须在大堂副理或服务员的陪同下，方可进入客房。

·Carry out Leave system strictly.

严格执行请销假制度。

·Get to Security Department 10 minutes early to have pre-start meeting on time.

提前 10分钟到达保安部，准时参加班前会。

·When it is time to leave or overtime, security guard can’t leave without next one.

在岗值勤到时或超时时，无人接岗之前不得擅自离岗。

·Maintain post a hygiene environment. Greet to all the leaders of hotel voluntarily and fervidly. Speak in a civilized manner in the work.

保持岗位环境卫生，对酒店各部门领导要主动热情致意。工作中必须使用文明礼貌用语。

·Finish the temporary task given by superior and Security Department actively.

积极完成保安部及上级交办的临时任务。
