职位描述：

1、接收客户的投诉信息，并将相关的信息传递到公司的相关部门；

2、具备一定的英文邮件撰写能力，回复部分国外客户的邮件；

3、负责受理服务热线及客户投诉的来电记录登记；

4、专科及以上学历英语读写良好，有相关工作经验者优先。
