Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for managing and growing profitable sales of Chevron marine lubricants
• Independently seek out potential markets and target customers to increase sales and profits
• Understand customer business drivers and develop superior value propositions
• Perform effective account servicing to ensure that customer requirements are met
• Build, develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Accountable for day-to-day pricing management including pricing analyses, negotiations and implementations
• Responsible for representing Chevron Marine Lubricants at a technical lever for lubricants in meeting with potential and current customers, supplier and manufacturers. And provide support to ship visits, field testing via close coordination with Technical Field Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree with major in Marine Engineering or Engineering related field is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, marine lubricants and marine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) related industry
• Be familiar with China Marine Lubricants Market and Shipping Industry
• Proven track record in building new network and cultivating relationships with key customers/partners
• Demonstrated track record of sales performance
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in multiple environment
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• A driven individual who can work independently and is a strong team player
