Overall purpose of Job:
Mainly be responsible for the account payables(overseas), bookkeeping, expenses checking in compliance with local regulations and Group policy.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To ensure correct accounting treatment in accordance with both CAS and IAS;
2. To check the payment applications and documents to ensure the sufficient supporting documents are in line with internal control rules and statutory regulations especially the taxations and foreign exchange;
3. To communicate with responsible department/employees timely and properly;
4. To handle the operations of overseas payment in the system of Foreign Exchange Administrations;
5. To prepare sufficient documents to pay suppliers;
6. To communicate with suppliers for AP balance reconciliation;
7. To prepare AP aging report according to Group Guideline timely;
8. To operate internal accounting system SmartStream correctly and accurately for bookkeeping according to Group Manual;
9. To continuously improve the AP process such as optimizing the reimbursement system for business need, as well as improving internal AP control procedures.

Key Competency Requirement:
-Understanding of CAS and IAS.
-Demonstrates a logical and systematic thinking.
-Fluency in both written & spoken English
-Able to support a positive work environment.
-Good communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with SAP (preferred)
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in a multinational company
