你需要与公司质检部门团队工作及其他部门合作。你是在供应商与生产部门间在技术方面的沟通桥梁。你将紧密的与我们的采购员及采购部门合作。在发货物给客户之前，你需要核实和确保货物符合公司的要求。
主要职责：
1.针对机械部件（主要是铸件、锻件和机器部件），按质检流程从收货到发货跟踪质量控制，协助决定产品是否质量合格。
2.监督供应商质量体系，确保与已经建立的可接受的实施方案和程序一致。监督NCR和协助质量经理建立正确的行动方案。
3.协助与供应商合作，纠正和改善产品、生产和质量流程方面的情况
4.给成品开质量合格报告单
教育背景
1.两年技术学校机械专业背景或更高
2.很好的英语阅读和写作能力
3.熟悉铸件和汽车零部件，在质量要求方面具备足够的知识
4.熟悉质量控制操作和要求，必须熟悉AQL和了解ISO90005.
5.在汽车零部件领域至少3年质量控制方面的工作经验
6.很好的沟通能力
7.熟悉办公软件

Position: Quality Inspector
Work location: Pingdu City, Shandong province.
Job content:
You work in team with your quality department as well with other departments. You are the technical interface between our suppliers and our production department. You will work closely with our sourcing and purchasing department. Before shipping goods to our customers, you check and assure that the goods are in compliance with the company requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform incoming, outgoing and in-process inspections for mechanical part (mainly casting, forging and machining parts), assisting in making decisions on acceptability of product.
2. Monitor supplier quality systems to assure compliance with established acceptable practices, procedures. Monitor NCR and assisting the quality manager in setting up corrective action plan.
3. Assisting in working with suppliers to correct and improve products, manufacturing and quality procedures.
4.Issuing “Quality passed” report for finished goods
Education background:
1-Two years technical college in mechanical major or higher
2-Good command in reading and writing English
3.Familiar with casting product and automobile parts, should have enough knowledge in their quality requirements.
4. Familiar with quality control operations and requirements, must be proficient with AQL and know about ISO9000.
5.ISO90005. Have working experience in quality control at least 3 years in automobile fields
6. Good communication skill.
7. Familiar with MS office software.
