工作职责：
-根据公司计划安排培训课程的推广销售工作，并按期实现销售目标
-分析客户需求，为客户提供咨询服务，制定培训方案
-负责培训合同的签订、实施与执行；
-收集培训市场及客户信息，维护新老客户关系；
-参与客户的服务管理。

任职要求：
-本科及以上学历，有培训行业内训工作经验或甲方二年以上HR培训工作经验优先考虑；
-自信、热忱、坚持，善于沟通，乐于合作，富有责任感；
-具有较强的应变创新能力及良好的计划组织能力；
-有较强的快速学习能力与适应性、良好的客户服务意识；
-良好的办公软件运用能力；
-良好的电脑操作水平，能熟练使用Word，Excel，Powerpoint。
