Job Responsibilities岗位描述
※负责协调公司新项目模具的设计、开发及制造工作，参与确定模具结构等；
Responsible for coordinating the company's new project mold design, development and manufacturing work, participate in determining the mold structure.
※对模具（新开模、修改模）交期、质量负责，不断提升生产效率和产品质量；
Responsible for delivery and quality of mold (new opening mold, modified mold), and continuously improve production efficiency and product quality.
※负责模具的调试及保障模具的正常使用等；
Responsible for mold debugging and ensure the normal use of molds
※负责制定模具周期维护及模具的保养计划，解决模具的实际问题等；
Responsible for mold cycle maintenance and mold maintenance plan, to solve the actual problems of the mold.
※负责协助采购进行模具供应商的评估、开发及管理等模具评估等；
Responsible for assisting procurement in mold supplier evaluation, development and management, etc.
※负责对模具工艺进行分析改进，不断完善提高工艺流程；
Responsible for the analysis and improvement of mold process, and constantly improve the process flow.
※协助并配合工艺、采购、生产及质量部门的其他工作等
Cooperate with other work of process, purchasing, production and quality department
Job Requirements：岗位要求
※本科及以上学历，模具设计及制造相关专业优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mold design and manufacturing is preferred;
※年龄35-40岁，有10年以上模具设计及加工经验，对封头深冲拉伸模具有经验者优先考虑；
Age 35-40 years old, more than 10 years of mold design and processing experience, experience in precision molds is preferred.
※有较强的沟通能力、计划能力和抗压能力，有项目管理经验者优先考虑；
Strong communication skills, planning skills and ability to work under pressure, project management experience is preferred.
※熟悉压力容器行业的优先考虑；
Familiar with pressure vessel industry is preferred.
