工作职责：
1、协助工程师进行丙烯酸酯类、环氧树脂类、硅胶和聚氨酯类方向的胶黏剂产品配方研发以及样品制作，测试及中试；
2、具备聚合物合成与制备、聚合物结构与性能、高分子化学等专业知识；
3、根据项目要求开展研发实验，对试验和测试的数据进行收集与汇总；






任职要求：
1、高分子材料化学专业、精细化工、高分子或化工合成等相关专业；
2、有胶粘剂开发经验者优先；
3、有1-3年以上工厂车间相关经验者优先；
4.、掌握高分子常规分析方法和性能测试方法；
5、需要具备良好的沟通表达能力，较强的分析判断能力，且具备吃苦耐劳的精神。
