To be a support for the daily business regarding ERP, MES, printers, Scada systems and the integrations between the different layers. To be able to manage and do maintenance work on infrastructure, like installing Windows updates on servers and installing printers.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
Support the Factory approval process and document preparation
Support the Infra login to Scania Network
Provide the daily support in computer/Office/Local ERP/MES/Scada/printers
Team Work with Other IT team
Maintenance on infrastructure like servers, installing printers
Education and/or Experience
Good at the English communications
Programming experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good Knowledge in infrastructure
Good knowledge in ERP/MES/PLM
Good at Learning
Understand the integrations between the different layers
Knowledge of API:s
SQL experience, knowledge in Transact SQL
Good at problem solving
