The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing comprehensive change initiatives, including impact assessments, communication strategies, training programs, supplier enablement, and hypercare support, ensuring seamless transitions and effective stakeholder engagement. This role includes developing training materials, executing communication plans, monitoring performance, and providing immediate issue resolution, while ensuring thorough documentation and knowledge transfer for continuous improvement.
Job Qualification
Experience in Training Program Management (Development and Execution).
Experience in Change Management and Supplier Enablement
Define and use performance monitoring instruments (user adoption rates, spend coverage)
Various communication channels and methods
Training delivery methods (online and onsite)
Excellent communication is essential.
Speaking Chinese, English, and Korean is a must
Performance monitoring and feedback collection
Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 products, MS Power Platform is an advantage.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs.
Flexible and self-motivated.
