Job Description
1. Familiar with the market and operating procedures of LCL, familiar with warehouse customs declaration process and related professional knowledge.
熟悉散货拼箱的市场和散货拼箱的操作程序，熟悉仓库报关流程及相关专业知识。
2. Complete documentation work related to Sea LCL Export.
完成海运出口拼箱的文件工作。
3. Follow up with either trucking company or warehouse for cargo pick up or cargo receipt.
跟踪货物运输，仓库收货状态以及提货状态。
4. Confirm customs release with broker and trace for the shipment on board.
跟踪海关放关信息，查货物放行以及装载信息。
5. Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.
确保系统中正确完整的信息录入。
6. Finish the daily work assigned by company with high quality and timely.
高效准时的完成公司指定的日常工作。
7. Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor and manager and achieve the KPI requirement.
完成主管和经理指定的工作，并达到KPI 的要求。
Requirement
1. University degree with min 1-2 years related experience in international freight forwarding Company/foreign trade company. Major in Foreign Trade/Marketing/English is preferred.
大学毕业有一到两年国际货代/外贸公司工作经验。大学主修国际贸易，市场营销或英语专业优先。
2. Familiar with the international logistics business，have rich knowledge about all trade lane.
熟悉国际物流业务，有丰富的航线知识。
3. Familiar with computer skills.
计算机应用技能熟练。
4. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating, CET4 or above is preferred.
英语四级以上，听说读写熟练者优先。
5. Good skilled in communication, coordination and problem-solving .
优秀的沟通技能，团队合作和问题解决能力。
6. Willing to work under pressure independently.
勇于承受压力。
7. Logical thinking, responsible, self-motived, orientation of result and team work spirit, rigorous attitude toward work.
工作态度严谨，负责，有较强的自我驱动能力和逻辑思维能力，以结果为导向。
8. Experience in LCL to Australia and the United States is preferred.

Mainfreight began its operations in Auckland, New Zealand, in 1978, soon growing into New Zealand’s most extensive freight network. A shift in focus, in 1984, saw the opening of the first Mainfreight International branch.

Investment in Australian operations began in 1989 driven by a desire to treat New Zealand and Australia as a single market. Mainfreight’s presence in Australia continued to expand through both acquisition and branch proliferation across strategic locations.

Mainfreight became truly global in 1999 with the acquisition of businesses in both Asia and the United States. Full ownership of our Asian operations was completed in 2007 and today Mainfreight has more than 100 own branches operating out of China.

Expansion has continued with the purchase of Target Logistics Services (america) in 2007 and wim bosman(europe) in 2011. Mainfreight now is the truly global company and can offer extensive services across the supply chain worldwide..
