Summary:

In the project phase, be responsible for SAP/S4 system and EWM (extended
warehouse management) module setup, test & go-live, involved in automation
factory design, support the Qingdao pMDI project team/SAP project team to
finalize the system design, ensure the S4 core, EWM, WCS (warehouse control
system), AGV RCS (AGV routine control system) systems in the warehouse fit
business well, and with good connection and functions achievement with other
systems, such as PAX-S (MES), LIMS, TMS, EMS. Ensure keep lean and digital
mindset to help Qingdao site achieve autonomous factory vision.


在项目期间，负责SAP/S4项目和EWM模块的设置、测试和上线。参与自动化工厂的设计，支持青岛项目团队/Axial项目团队做出系统方面的最终设计。确保仓库SAP/S4系统，EWM，WCS
，RCS系统的良好运行，同时确保这些系统与公司其他系统，例如MES、LIMS、TMS、EMS之间的交互和功能实现。保持精益和数字化的理念以帮助青岛工厂达成autonomous的愿景。

In BAU phase, as SME of SAP system, especially EWM part, provide relevant
training and skill enhancement for site personnel. Effective problem-solving
and PPS (Practical Problem Solving) with IT and business departments together
for interfaces between SAP and other systems.

Be responsible for system maintenance, warehouse environment maintenance,
training, audit, system change and SOP/GMP documents updating.

在商业运营期间，作为SAP尤其是EWM模块的专家，为工厂相关人员提供
相关培训和技能提升。对SAP和不同系统之间的interface，与IT，业务部门等进行有效的问题解决和PPS(Practical problem
solving)。

同时负责系统运维、仓库环境维护、系统培训和审计、系统变更和相关文件更新支持等。



Responbilities

Support Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI02 Project as end user

作为最终用户参与和支持青岛工厂的项目建设

* Involved in automation factory design, understanding the business, flows,
equipment, materials, clear about the interaction between site and system.
* 参与到自动化工厂的设计中，了解业务场景，物流流向，自动化设备，物料产品等，清晰业务和系统的对应关系。
* Participated in the design and development of SAP/S4, EWM, understand
system architecture, functional design, transactions, fields, etc., ensure that
system functions meet business requirements, and provide support for the
integration of lower level systems and interactive systems.
* 参与SAP/S4和EWM的设计和开发，了解系统架构、功能设计和事务、字段等，确保系统功能符合业务需求，为下位系统和交互系统的对接提供支持。
* Embed lean/VSM during project design and development phase, to improve
system operational efficiency and business convenience.
* 将精益和VSM运用到系统设计、开发过程中，提高系统操作效率和业务便利性。
* Be responsible for the EWM, WCS, RCS systems’ test and go-live.
* 负责EWM、WCS、RCS等系统的测试和上线
* Draft the SOPs according to the business need and regulations.
* 根据业务、法规等起草系统相关的文件
System Maintenance

* Be responsible for daily system maintenance management of SAP, EWM, WCS,
including interfaces.
* 仓库相关系统（SAP EWM WCS等）的日常运维管理，包括接口检查。
* Problem investigation and solving of SAP and warehouse applied systems.
* SAP和仓库应用的管理系统问题的调查及解决；
* Effective problem-solving and PPS (Practical Problem Solving) with IT and
business departments together for interfaces between SAP and other systems.
* 对SAP和不同系统之间的interface，与IT，业务部门等进行有效的问题解决和PPS(Practical problem solving)。
* SAP and warehouse applied systems requirement raising, design, development
and testing.
* SAP和仓库应用的管理系统需求的提出，设计，开发及测试；
* Master data maintenance系统内主数据维护及管理

* Involvement in logistic flow setup when there is new project.

* To perform testing for new/ enhanced program in test environment to ensure
no impact to other module/ area before roll out the change to productive system
系统培训

System training

* 准备培训资料，为一线人员提供实务操作，并培训一线员工
* Preparation of training materials and user guide, Provide training to users
* as SME of SAP system, especially EWM part, provide relevant training and
skill enhancement for site personnel.
* 作为SAP尤其是EWM模块的专家，为工厂相关人员提供 相关培训和技能提升
Documentation& GMP&SOP

文件&GMP和SOP

* SOP/WI updating: Revise related SOPs once new requirements come and monitor
the implementation.
* SOP/WI的更新：一旦出现新的要求就修改相关的SOP并监督执行。
* SOP/WI implementation and GMP requirements control
* 负责SOP/WI的执行和并按照GMP加以控制。
* Ensure all activities in line with GMP&SOP/WI确保所有的行为都遵从GMP和SOP/WI。
System Audit

系统审计

* SAP and warehouse applied systems SOx audit, FCF audit.
* SAP和仓库应用的管理系统 Sox审计, FCF审计。
Requirements

61Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer, engineering or pharm related.

61Good knowledge in SAP MM/WM module or WMS/WCS.

61Experienced in project or system go-live.

61Excellent communication and influence in English.
