岗位职责：
1、负责招聘类和培训测评类产品的推广和销售（产品例如：招聘平台，校园招聘，猎头服务，培训测评， RPO等）;
2、挖掘分析客户招聘需求，拓展维护新老客户、为客户制定合理化招聘解决方案；
3、发挥主观能动性，收集一线营销信息、用户意见、市场信息、竞争方信息；
4、做好客户关系维护，提供优质售后服务，推动客户成交，达成业绩目标，做好应收账款管理。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历、1年以上咨询、人力资源行业销售经验；
2、性格外向、富有创意、擅于维护人脉关系，以客户为导向；
3、较强的承压能力，执行力强，有较高的数据分析及逻辑分析能力 ;
