岗位职责：
1、维护、开拓大客户关系，深度挖掘客户潜在培训需求，完成需求调研与诊断分析；
2、有效分析、结合客户的需求，制定针对性、专业化培训解决方案；
3、快速解决客户的咨询、疑问、建议、反馈，提升客户满意度，把握销售机会，促成长期合作；
4、组织实施培训，渗透培训服务的全程及后续开发，反馈培训报告，建立客户档案；
5、参与团队分享，协助推进内部相关业务和流程的培训；
6、执行公司的销售策略及制度，完成销售任务。

任职要求：
1、本科学历；
2、至少1年销售工作经验，有培训行业从业经验；
3、愿意从事培训咨询工作；
4、积极主动，善于沟通和分析，学习能力强；
5、有良好的团队合作意识。
