KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Plan and execute customer related activities in close cooperation with other affected RECARO stakeholders such as:
- Customer satisfactory survey in APAC region and coordination with global core team
- Regional show seat management, coordination and cost tracking to meet customer
requirements in APAC
- Customer visit, senior management visit and sales event organization
- Ensure Marketing Gifts planning and replenishment for the APAC region
- Chinese New Year & Christmas greetings
- Regional management of CRM (ENGAGE)
- Product brochure management
- Prepare and translate internal Sharepoint and external Press articles
Accomplish internal sales administration tasks such as:
- Regional sales meeting, Shopfloor meeting organization and optimization
- Sales KPIs and bottom-up planning update
- 5S initiatives
- Itinerary management for VP Sales & Customer Service, Asia Pacific
- Department information update e.g. CS-APAC Department presentation
- CS-APAC Department activity organization
- CS office NPM administration
- Preparation of monthly Townhall Presentation
- Drives Lean initiatives related to customer relationship scope
