About the Job:
根据采购和订单处理员的需求，为进出口货物订舱，安排车辆，准备报关单证与核注清单。Vessel and truck booking, and prepare declaration document and bonded verification list according to the demands from buyer and order handler.
进出口产品的商品归类 HS CODE definition for both inbound and outbound products.
进出口许可证件的办理，比如免3C，免能效标识，原产地证书，化学品鉴定证书等。Apply certificate and license for inbound and outbound goods, such as Free CCC, Free China Energy Label, FTA, Chemical identification, etc.
跟踪货物运输的全过程并处理运输中发生的异常问题。Tracking and trace the shipment and deal with some incident during transportation.
为生产和订单部门提供承诺的运输时效，以利于计划和排产。Provide transportation lead time as a reference to production and planning team for their necessary work.02
跟踪物流公司的绩效，如转运时间的达标率，报关的差错率，货物丢失破损等处置情况。Monitor and follow up logistics performance, such as transportation lead time, declaration mistakes, cargo loss and damage, etc..
运费的单独询价并合理评估最优方案 Conduct spot quotation and assess the best solution.
物流费用的控制与结算。Freight cost control and settlement.
根据业务需要，积极改善流程，优化绩效。Based on the business needs, make improvement proactively to optimize the performance.
完成部门经理交办的其它工作Implement other tasks assigned by shipping manager.

What you know:
至少5年以上跨国公司物流和关务工作经验，Minimum 5 years solid experiences in logistics and Customs in multinational corporation.02
良好的的英语沟通能力；Basic English skill on oral and writing.02
熟悉中国海关现行的法规，在进出口申报规范，HS归类，许可证办理方面有丰富经验；Be familiar with the knowledge of Chinese Customs Law and regulation. Has much experience on declaration rules, HS CODE and license/certificate.02
熟悉进出口物流运输各个环节，有大件货物操作经验尤佳。Be familiar with each operation steps of transportation and experience in handling out-of-gauge cargo is a plus.
有加工贸易手册管理经验尤佳。Experience in bonded handbook management is a plus.
具备组织、协调及提供方案、解决问题的能力；Strong in coordination and communication and be able to think constructively with solution orientation.02
