Who you are:
Develop standard packaging procedure, storage solutions and lifting process for safe and economically execution of detail project.
Develop standard shipping mark, make production marks.
Maintain delivery modules of the D365 system.
Ensure the packing, lifting and storage solutions can meet compliance requirement of Alfa Laval group.
About the job:
Develop standard shipping mark, make production marks.
Maintain delivery modules of the D365 system.
Design and develop standard packaging procedure, storage solutions for all products.
Prepare packaging list for all products and shipments
Develop safety lifting plan for production and packaging process
Reduce the lifting risk by communication with workshop and design
Packaging concept optimization, quality control, cost reduction and sustainability
Develop digital packaging solution
Packaging sample requirement analysis & compliance confirmation
Analyse defect reports and assist the quality team in determining defects resulting from transport and the cause of such defects
Documents like package SOP. Maintaining each kind of packaging procedure, packaging guideline, managing all packaging specification in efficient way
Manage all relevant packaging data, including weights, dimensions, material, print style and packaging procedure
Supporting direct packaging supplier selection and qualification
To perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager
What you know:

Be a good communicator

Good understanding of lean tools
Qualifications & experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in packaging, packaging engineering, Industrial Design or other profession in related field
3 + years of experience working in Packaging Design related field
Good at English reading and writing. Fluent Spoken English is preferable.
