KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for supply chain management strategy development and execution to meet manufacturing goal.
2. Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to ensure the ability to match customer needs and changes. Ensure to fulfill customer orders and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Through the S&OP process, coordinate demand planning, production planning, material planning, and material purchasing, track the whole process to continuously reduce lead time, improve forecast accuracy, delivery capability, and efficiency, and increase inventory turnover rate (ITO).
4. Build and lead a reliable supply base with comprehensively best quality, cost, and delivery to support continuous improvement of company products’ overall material cost, quality, and delivery.
5. Lead procurement team to negotiate strategic partnerships with outstanding suppliers.
6. Drive supplier consolidation, lead supplier performance management and drive continuous improvement to meet long-term growth.
7. Lead supply chain risk analysis and management. To decide on backup supplier development according to company needs and supply base status. Ensures sufficient, competitive, and competent suppliers are available for purchasing requirements.
8. Lead procurement, planning, and logistics team to continuously optimize material overall cost, delivery fill rate, and ITO through cost reduction plan, annual negotiation with suppliers, VAVE, logistic optimization projects, etc.
9. Lead organization change and process optimization to meet company’s future needs.
10. Improve visibility and build a transparent and trusting organizational culture in the supply chain.
11. Set appropriate KPIs that contribute to overall organizational goals. Track, monitor and take action to achieve KPIs.
12. Be responsible for talent development and organization capability improvement of supply chain management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
1. 10 + years experience in supply chain and sourcing, with 5 years experience as a team leader, with technical background is preferred.
2. High integrity, honest, and capable of creating a culture of accountability.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, capable of fostering an open and proactive work environment.
4. Cross-function collaboration competency, high teamwork spirit, and excellent conflict management skills.
5. Solution-oriented mindset, good time-management skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Adventure mindset to take challenges to create systems, process, and build team culture from “0” to “1”.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related fields.
