We are currently expanding our Logistics teams in Qingdao and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.
Your tasks:
Monitor and collect data on current operations at supplier location (including scheduling, sourcing, production, and delivery, machines/output/shift structure)
Analyze and asses at supplier’s site their capacity vs. ZF needs, short and long term (audits)
Identify and improve structural capacity and logistic bottlenecks at suppliers
Determine areas for performance improvement, push suppliers in developing recovery plan with action items and glide path as needed
Interacting with suppliers to ensure delivery on critical supply items
Manage Supplier delivery KPI02
Be the contact window for global business to local supplier02
Lead EL1(Level 1 escalation) to EL202process , manage EL1 candence meeting,02support EL1/EL302
Conduct GMMOG audit
Your profile:
High Communication Skills
High data analytic skills(Digitalization knowledge is preferred)
Fluently English writting and oraL
Supplier management experience
ZF systems02experience and product knowledge is preferred
Supplier logistic experience is preffered
Working experience:>3 years
