To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
Ensure that the line organization is prepared, trained, and ready to assure that Scania’s way of working is being followed;
Communicate and disseminate information within the organization and anchor decisions and solutions;
Actively participate in workshops, project and decision meetings, represent the project team in cross-functional meetings, present status and identify of competence needs;
Manage/support Quality Engineer and Quality technicians/inspectors;
Provide quality management method and training for quality team and production;
Organize and follow audit (internal and external)
Other relative tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or the equivalent knowledge acquired some other way;
At least 3 years of work experience in leadership and project management;
At least 5 years of work experience in automotive industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fluent in Chinese and English in speech and writing;
Strategic, operational as well as administrative skills;
Have a growth mindset and genuine interest in building relationships, solving problems, and pushing for positive change;
Analytic skills, and good knowledge of project management and change management;
Have strong project management skills;
Candidates with powertrain assembly techniques, quality inspection experience are preferred.
Having a good understanding of the IATF 16949 quality management system and process audits, product audits, and the application of the seven QC
(Quality Control) tools, as well as being familiar with the five major tools
(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D)
Having a certain level of supplier quality management experience.
