Under supervision of Regional Head of Corporate Functions(RHC), as the head of General Affiar and legal matters in East Asia region(4 MOL offices and group companies in Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, ***) and Korea), direct, instruct, supervise, manage, and coordinate the group companies to observe HQ policies and achieve KPIs from time to time .

Until the end of March 2025 (schedule to be adjusted as necessary), you will work under the director of administration stationed in Hong Kong to learn all expertise and know how of regional management, thereafter take the role of regional GM in Shanghai office.
Main tasks will include, but not limited to,
i)standardize, update, optimize company policies and guidelines,
ii)respond to and cooperate with various requests from HQ except for HR, financing matters.
Under supervision of RHC, supervise, manage, support day to day adminiatration and legal tasks in Shanghai office, including, but not limited to, as follows;

1. Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the general affairs, continuously optimize the internal management process and improve the management quality.
2. Plan and implement policies and rulesto meet GA requirements supporting short and long-term HQ demand.
3. Prepare and control overall GA budgets.
4. Interact with government authorities, agencies and vendors.
5. Pay attention to regulation and rules applicable to the company, and amend company policies if necessary.
6. Manage office renovation, maintenance and security.
7. Be responsible for the Section’s performance, and coach subordinates by giving proper guidance / necessary training to lead team members for self-development.
Job Requirement：
At least 10 years experience in a similar capacity with multinational company preferred
Proficiency in both Business English and Mandarin Chinese
Good computer skills in MS-Office
Bachelor's degree or above，studies in business administration or law will be preferred
Proficiency in labor laws and regulations, understanding of related policies; ability to guide the work of GA modules. Strong logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, resource integration and strategic thinking. Strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation, strong self-driven. High integrity and loyalty
