This position offers a unique opportunity to play a leadership role in expanding our company's footprint in one of the most dynamic markets in the world, the maritime industry.

The Regional Sales Manager for China, based in Qingdao, will spearhead our sales operations within the designated territory. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and establishing strong relationships with potential and existing accounts.

In the beginning, the primary focus will be on developing the business starting with the main ports in China, this position reports directly to the N&P Sales Director.

61 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
61 Identify and target potential customers and key accounts within the region.
61 Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
61 Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
61 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
61 Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure customers are on board.
61 Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
61 Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.

Education and Experience
61 Min. 5 years of experience in technical system sales, preferably in the Marine industry
61 Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.
61 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
61 Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
61 Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
61 Fluent in Mandarin and English.

公司现有产品范围：橡胶护舷（实心护舷、充气护舷）、挖泥管等橡胶基建产品、橡胶起重垫、特殊膨胀接头、隧道桥梁密封产品、橡胶防腐衬里系统，以及靠泊辅助电子导航装置。
