Operating since 1945, SKOPE Industries is a New Zealand based company which designs, manufactures and supplies commercial refrigeration products globally.
We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to be based in Qingdao and support our design process with our Chinese manufacturing partner.

The Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing electronic systems for SKOPE’s refrigeration product, which will be manufactured at its own and third-party production facilities in China.
电气设计工程师负责设计和开发SKOPE制冷产品的电子系统，这些产品将在SKOPE在中国的自有和第三方生产工厂生产。
Responsibilities:
Carry out assigned technical responsibilities, which may include the following:
- assisting with the design and manufacture of prototypes
- fault-find as required for complex componentry, documenting findings, actions taken and recommendations made to resolve issues
- communicate all process changes to operators and carry out appropriate training
- Induct and train new and existing team members in the technical skills and knowledge required in their positions.
- Design and develop electronic systems for new refrigeration products and enhance existing refrigeration products, ensuring that:
- established time frames are met
- the requirements of specific project design briefs are achieved
- technical knowledge towards the specification of project design briefs and schedules is contributed
职责:
-执行指定的技术职责，包括以下内容:
-协助原型的设计和制造
-查找复杂部件的故障，记录发现的问题，采取的措施和解决问题的建议
-与操作人员沟通所有工艺变更，并进行适当的培训
-引导和培训新的和现有的团队成员在他们的职位所需的技术技能和知识。
-为新的制冷产品设计和开发电子系统，并改进现有的制冷产品，确保:
-在既定的时间框架完成
-达到具体项目设计纲要的要求
-对项目设计概要和进度表的规范提供技术知识
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- 2+ years electrical design experience
- Bachelor degree, electrical related major.
- Must be competent with CAD Software.
- Detailed oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external/internal customers and stakeholders.
要求:
优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
2年以上电气设计经验
本科学历，电气相关专业。
熟练使用CAD软件。
注重细节，能够管理多个任务和优先事项。
与外部/内部客户和利益相关者建立良好关系的能力。
