职位描述
Your tasks and responsibilities
Be primary point of contact for the customer, selling services across business units (Airfreight) with a specific focus on the assigned business unit
Closely cooperate with operations to develop and apply specialized knowledge relative to the assigned business unit and trade lane (where applicable) and liaise on pricing/RFQ preparation.
Develop spot and regular opportunities with existing and new customers.
Focus on customer retention engagement on assigned account portfolio.
Preparing and conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, negotiations and contracts.
Input and timely update of sales activities utilizing internal system.
Ensure proper transitioning of customer to operations in line with customer requirements and internal procedures.
Complete all required sales activities (calls, visits, leads, opportunities).
Focus on and develop new / existing customer targets. Offer the complete service portfolio via our strategic customer development program and in cooperation with our global network
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you must have strong business acumen with a proven track record of sales experience. Fluent English and logistic industry background is preferred.
You are a team player who thrive in a collaborative culture known for its service excellence and business innovation. The ability to identify and qualify opportunities, and direct inter-department colleagues towards business wins, is highly regarded.
