Customer Quality Engineer/CQE
Job Description：
1. Deal with quality problems from customer side, lead the team to take actions to fulfill customers' requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Prepare 8D report, organize and coordinate the team to do root cause analysis, define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions. Collect and analyze customer complaints data.
3. Collect customers' special requirements and failure cases, share with the team in new project developments. Prepare PPAP documents based on customers' requirement.
4. Follow the changes(4M1E) which related to customers, make sure the changes are approved by customer and implemented successfully in Nidec.
5. Organize and participate in customer audit, lead ISO 9000 internal audit and external audit.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above at mechanical engineering field or relative.
2. More than 3 years’ work experience in quality field, customer quality is a plus.
Experience/knowledge in ISO 9000 quality management system, experience/knowledge in mechanical or electrical parts is preferred.
3. Familiar with quality tools, such as 8D, PPAP, PDCA, 5Why, Cpk, MSA (6-sigma is preferred).
4. Fluent English, strong teamwork, strong sense of responsibility and communication skills, lively and outgoing.
5. MS office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI).
