Responsibilities:
1. Assist department head in daily administrative work
2. Collect and follow up department KPI status
3. Support Manager to follow up project status and other open task implementation
4. Create PR in SAP and maintain system data
5. Handle document management in dept. level
6. Make dept. meeting minutes and follow up
7. Reimbursement check
8. Handle other relevant admin. work

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in finance
2. Good communication skills, team work spirit
3. Good ability in English, especially in writing and speaking
4. Efficient and systematic working style
5. Administration experience in foreign companies would be advantageous
6. Good computer skills especially for MS office (excel, word, power point)
