岗位职责：
1.对于QC检验结果进行分析，识别改善点并进行改善；
2.对客户投诉以及客户提出的问题进行分析并主导客户投诉的解决；
3. 对QC进行产品相关的培训；
4.参与并跟进产品从开发到量产的整个过程，了解产品的质量控制重点并采取相应措施；
5.和工艺工程师一起协助生产解决产品生产过程中的质量问题；
6.供应商质量管理；
7.上级交办的其他事项。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.三年及以上工作经验，熟悉化工行业产品生产流程；了解ISO9001、IATF16949体系；具备一定的英语读写能力，能够看懂英文资料并能够书面英文沟通；
3.良好的责任心、沟通能力以及认真的工作态度；熟练各种办公软件的操作。
