Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
a) Report to the Customer Services Manager (CSM). Be responsible for managing customers as directed by the CSM, to ensure that customers always receive the highest level of customer service. Be responsible for the processing and management of various POs from customers and factory internal POs as directed by the CSM.
在客户服务部经理的指导下负责处理和管理来自客户和工厂内部的各种订单，确保客户始终得到高水平的服务。
b) Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers to ensure a clear and full understanding of all their requirements. Carry out any task deemed necessary to support customers and/or as directed by the CSM.
与客户进行高效、有效的沟通，以确保清楚并充分地了解客户的所有要求。执行必要的任务，以支持客户和/或客户服务部经理的指示。
c) Work closely with the CSM and all related departments to fulfil the responsibilities.
与客户服务部经理及各相关部门紧密合作，履行职责。
d) Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, acknowledgment and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.
执行订单跟踪，包括订单录入、确认和交货变更的跟踪，以确保满足顾客的要求。
e) Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery.
与客户及相关部门在交货方面紧密合作。
f) Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers.
及时处理客户投诉，向客户提供满意的解释和纠正措施。
g) Ensure that the CSM is fully aware of any issues which may lead to any delay in shipment of any customers PO.
确保客户服务部经理充分了解任何可能导致客户订单发货延迟的问题。
h) Prepare, maintain and update additional analysis as and when requested by the CSM.
根据客户服务部经理的要求准备和更新分析。
i) Other tasks as requested by Customer Service Manager.

3. Qualifications 个人资质：
a) Bachelor.
本科学历。
b) Have a minimum 2 + years working experience within Customer service or related department.
2年及以上客户服务或相关部门工作经验。
c) Good at written English to support good communication in English.
英语熟练。
d) Can work in a team and can adapt to the hard work.
抗压能力强，有团队合作精神。
e) Can work well with ERP.
能熟练使用ERP系统
