Job Scope
1. Proactively solicits freight forwarding business from existing and prospective accounts to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
2. Familiar with SOC business and experienced the shipping line business.
3. Visit existing and potential/new customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements.
4. Participate in sharing best practices actively with the rest of the commercial team.
5. Creates awareness of all our company services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
6. Based on organizational policies, complete tracking report and relevant files regularly.
7. Ability to have a competitive intelligence and occasionally carry out marketing studies and repot to your manager.
8. All other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics or related field
2. Fluent in English
3. 8 years of relevant working experience or existing direct customer relationship optimal
4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to influence and build a wide range of collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels.
6. A keen sense of market changes, and ability to support and provide dynamic market analysis.
7. Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
