主要工作： 分包费登记对账请款，KPI 报表， OPS IMF 报表， 其他
Backup 同组同事： 出发票，发送发票， AR, 认款， OPS 表格， 其他

1. Count sales-in data, edit sales-in table and analyze report
统计销售数据，编辑业绩报表以及分析报告
2.Actively communicate with laboratory managers / engineers, quickly deal with and accurately reply to customers' daily inquiries and quotations
积极与各实验室经理/工程师沟通，快速处理并准确回复客户的日常咨询及报价
3.Make quotation / contract in system
在公司系统制作报价单/合同
4.Be responsible for the customer's first payment, receive samples and open cases in the system
负责客户的首款，接收样品并在系统开案
5.Issue reports / certificates to customers, settle payments with customers and send invoices
出具报告/证书给客户，与客户结算款项并寄出发票
6. Building up and updating client database;
建立和更新客户数据库
7. Finish the work provided by supervisor timely.
即时完成上级领导交办的各项工作、协调及落实任务。

人员要求：
耐心， 细致， 有责任心，
有Excel基础 ，
英语读写， 四级以上
