Proficient understanding of testing requirement and process for different parts and assemblies. Develop and conduct testing as requirements. / 熟知飞机座椅的结构、零部件组成和材料，可熟练使用Bom和图纸，获取相应的技术信息，作为试验的依据和参考
Coordinate all aspects of testing activities in customer projects, provide testing output on time, on quality. / 针对每个客户项目，试验工程师要通过对座椅及其部件的分析，决定是否需要新试验，如不需新试验，要找到之前相关试验信息，通过相似性证明该项目同样符合要求
Prepare Certification Test Plan (CTP) and Certification Test Report (CTR) for responsible customer projects. Interface with Airbus, Boeing for coordination of documents open issues and approvals. /对于客户项目，负责准备相应的试验计划和试验报告，通过与空客、波音对接处理试验文件中的问题，最终使文件得到批准

REQUIREMENTs
EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Physics or comparable degree.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of manufacturing enterprises experience in the field of testing, design, engineering or manufacturing is desirable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English spoken and written communication skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in MS-Office. Good knowledge in WORD or EXCEL VBA is preferred.
