Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
a) Leading continuous improvement projects by improving quality, lead time, safety and cost.
b) Engages the related personnel in all phases of improvement efforts by necessary lean skills.
c) Put in place the Lean system, coordinator and working with related departments to define the actions accordingly.
d) Responsible for long-term planning and implementation of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies into manufacturing, assembly, and administrative processes to drive operational excellence and exceptional financial results.
e) Facilitate selection and coordination of strategic process improvement initiatives and take a primary role in partnering with business leaders in the execution of above initiatives.
f) Other tasks assigned by Operation Director and MD.

3. Qualifications 个人资质：
a) A Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Business is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
b) >5 years work experience in Lean / IE;
c) Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, tools (e.g., VSM, QCO, TPM, cell design, etc.);
d) Strong communication and change management abilities are required.
e) Fluent in English.
