Job Description
职位描述

1. Acquisition, development and follow up of all panel industrial sales projects；
获得和紧密跟踪板材行业销售项目的信息；

2.Assistant in Intensive sales of Product and technical solution for wood-based panel industry (MDF, PB and OSB)；
协助完成人造板产品（MDF, PB 和 OSB）的生产设备/线和解决方案的具体销售工作；

3. Assistant in Chinese Panel Market analysis, potential customer study, contact and customer care；
协助中国板材市场分析，潜在客户的研究，沟通和日常关系维护；

4. Assistant in Collection of information for the existing technical and commercial quotations from the Chinese market；
协助收集现中国市场上有关技术和商业行情方面的全部信息；

5. Assistant the sales to Collection and development of customized process production line/solutions in a dedicated team；
协助销售人员完成对顾客订制的产品/生产线的信息收集和技术方案方面的耐心的咨询和解答；

6. Assistant the sales to Business development, both to the existing and new customers.
协助销售人员维护现有客户关系并发展新顾客。

Qualification
资质要求

1. Bachelor's and /or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or wood technology (preferred);
在机械工程设计、工艺工程学或木材加工技术专业（优先）学士或硕士学位；

2. Ideally relevant in the wood-based panel industry and internship experiences (preferred)；
有相关人造板工业专业和实习经验（优先）；

3. Obey the leadership, listen to the command and finish the work conscientiously and punctually；
服从领导听指挥，认真准时完成交代的工作；

4. Very Good in team work and also can strong support in all Sales and Marketing promotion activities；
优秀的团队协作精神且能够支持开展销售和市场开发的各项工作。

Ability
能力要求

1. Technical understanding together with the ability to assistant the sales to provide a clear and comprehensive presentation of our products and technical solutions；
有较强技术方面的理解能力，同时能够协助销售人员准确、清晰、全面地介绍我们的产品和技术方案；

2. Strong communication skills, customer and sales-oriented attitude；
较强的沟通能力，以顾客和销售为导向；

3. Fluent in written and spoken English or German；
流利的英语或德语交流和书写能力；

4. Ability and willingness to extensive travel nationally and internationally.
能并且愿意频繁的国内外出差。
