Quality Manager
Job Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing customer quality, supplier quality management and plant quality assurance within our manufacturing facilities both in China and oversea. This role will lead team to meet customer satisfaction and high product quality standard. He/She will work with cross functional team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
？Develop and implement the overall quality management strategy, establish oversea quality team align with relevant quality standards, regulations, certifications, company objectives and best practices
？Lead, mentor and motivate to create culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement
？Develop and implement quality management system and process to ensure compliance with industry standard and customer requirement
？Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer and address any concern or issue promptly
？Review customer feedback and understand customer expectations of product and service
？Monitor and evaluate production process, determine the quality, engaging with customer and gathering product feedback
？Lead quality team to conduct regular audits, inspections and tests to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
？Analyze quality data to identify trends, problems, root cause and opportunities for improvement, define the action plan and drive correct/prevent actions
？Collaborate with cross function especially engineering team early define quality target
？Continuous evaluate and improve process to enhance product quality, reduce defects and increase efficiency. Champion lean six sigma and quality improvement methodology to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement
？Collaborate with procurement team to assess and qualify supplier, regular supplier audit to ensure product quality and supplier quality requirement
？Maintain accurate record of quality related, highlight key performance indicator and improvement initiatives
Qualification:
？Bachelor degree in engineering, quality management or related field
？Over 10 years’ experience in quality, across AQE, PQE, CQE is better
？Strong leadership and team management ability, with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performance team
？Fluent English both oral and written
？Connector industry background is preferred

     我公司是一家香港独资企业，专业从事精密模具、五金部品和电子行业精密金属插件的设计加工制造。
公司成立於2004年5月25日，廠区位於城陽區流亭工業園內，現有員工200人。
公司主要设备有日本沙迪克慢走丝、日本沙迪克放电机、台湾高速CNC加工中心、北京精雕高速小型CNC、台湾准力磨床、NC快走丝线切割机、铣床、车床、日本精密火花机、高速穿孔机、高精度无心磨床、内、外径研磨机等精密加工设备；检测设备有日本三丰工具显微镜、投影仪、高度检测仪、千分尺、块规、高度规等。

公司发展历程：
2004年5月25日——公司成立于山东省青岛市，工厂位于山东省青岛市中韩区，建厂员工20余人；同年度成为青岛松下电子的供应商。
2005年5月25日——工厂由中韩区搬迁到青岛市城阳区，同年，成为了日本松下、日企东威精工、日企达山德的合格供应商。
2006年5月25日——公司大量购入了精密加工设备，例如：沙迪克慢走丝、沙迪克放电机等，与此同时，成功打入青岛泰科电子，成为其合格供应商。
2007年——继续开拓了海外业务，稳步发展的一年。
2008年6月份——ISO9001:2000质量认证体系证书取得，同年2月份，公司成为了青岛三美电机有限公司的供应商。
2009年——经济危机下全员共渡难关的一年，在总经理及全体员工的的努力下顺利渡过了经济危机。
2010年——迅速崛起的一年，我司与向个客户建立了稳定的关系，业务量在每月递增。
2011年——持续、稳定中求发展，本年度我司与日本TKS公司协作成立了自动机部门，并聘请了日本资深的自动机设计老师，指导我们的自动机设计工作，为我们开阔了自动机发展的天地。
2012年——自动机部门业务继续发展，并成功的为TYCO电子、松下电子以及三美电机客户供应了自动组立机、自动插针机以及手机膜自动成型机等自动化设备。
2013年——成立了新公司
