Support headquarter work packages with project drawings, BOM creation, documents.
Support headquarter with repair solutions (new component design, solution exploring, document creation)
Work out drafts, detail design for passenger seat components based on requirements from CCPs by following the construction methods and procedures, taking costs and weights into account, and assure the compliance with the relevant provisions.
Supervise and support your scopes of design at production start-up.
Enter the gained experience into the Lessons learned Data Base of Platform and Module Development.
Keep alignment with headquarter and attend the weekly meeting.

Job Purpose:
To work effectively for the engineering tasks on headquarter work packages, with major focur on After-Sale Engineering support, Repair Solution, preparing customer drawings, module drawings, seat/component 3D model, seat/component BOMs.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above; majoring in the field of aviation and space technology, mechanical, mechatronics or automotive engineering.
EXPERIENCE: Min 3 years professional experience in development and customer-oriented project work is required. After sale engineering service experience is perfered.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English spoken and written communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project) user; good knowledge in a CAD 2D/3D system, preferably CATIA V5;
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge on mechanical and electronic components and in the calculation and design of lightweight structures, in the ideal case also knowledge of the FMEA design methods; Knowledge and experience in dealing with design manuals and kinematical models.
