职位描述
Responsibilities：
1） Provide on-site installation and commissioning services for the equipment produced by our company.（Cigarette packing machine and cigarette filter machine）
2） Lead customer support team on-site and communicate well with the headquarters.
3） Enter the customer's factory for equipment installation and commissioning,production support, on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, machine overhaul and training operator in the customer's workshop.
4） Keep business secrets and keep contact with customers.
5） Provide input for the continuous product improvement plan,for the engineering team in headquarters (in terms of machine functions).
6） Support and assist foreign senior engineers to finish their work at the commissioning site.
7） Be responsible and be able to handle installation work independently.
8） Submit the daily service report when working onsite.
9） Follow instruction and complete the tasks assigned by the on-site competent engineer.
10） Traveling in China and abroad for equipment installation or other tasks arranged by the headquarters .
11） Work at home or have rest when not traveling, Provide remote(if necessary) technical support.(You can base on your hometown when your are not on traveling.)
Job requirements：
1） College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation or related.Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position;
2） Well understanding of electrical and mechanical system，Be familiar with machine troubleshooting and installation.
3） Good technical know-how in mechanical and electrical basics.Good computer operation skills.
4） Familiar with European packaging machine is preferred, working experience in tobacco industry is preferred.
5） More than 5 years working experience as a service engineer.
6） Working at the customer site in China and going to Europe for training.
7） Travel abroad for installation/commissioning or other assignment required by the headquarters, and be able to travel frequently.（Traveling from 1 week to 1 month depend on project progress ）
8） Communicate with the headquarters team and foreign engineers on site in English.
9） Be familiar with electrical and automation, good in practice.
10） Be familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office software.
Applicant with any of following experiences is preferred.
Experiences of working for machinery manufacturer or related after sale service.
Experiences of working for high-speed precise packing machine, acetate filter making machine.
Experiences of using Siemens and Lenze automations (PLC, SCADA, Industry Network, Servo Drives), with basic programing capability.
Experiences of working in tobacco or cigarettes machinery.
Experiences of working for intercultural enterprise, travel oversea.
