Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze industry products and technology trends, assist in the preparation of related product technology development planning, technology and product planning support.
2. Work with the marketing department to develop product concept that meet market requirements.
3. Lead the product development process of structural design and verification, to ensure that the product structure is technologically optimal
4. Lead the improvement and cost reduction of existing products, stabilizing product quality and enhancing cost-effectiveness
5. Lead problem solving and provide technical support on series production
6. Summarize and share development knowledge and experience, support for the continuous deepening and precipitation of product knowledge within RDM department
7. Further tasks assigned by superior.

Qualification:

1. Master/Bachelor in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
2. More than 8 years of product development/design experience in high pressure washer
3. Good communication skills in English as a working language
4. Skilled in applying 2D/3D design software such as AUTOCAD, CREO, etc;
5. Good organizational and coordination skills, innovation, planning, implementation and promotion ability;
6. Strong logical analysis, problem solving ability.
7. Able to work independently and teamwork spirit;
8. Open-minded, enthusiastic and convincing.
