Target:
Work in QAM department and be in charge of ISO9001 implemented in STIHL QD, including the quality system documentation, internal quality audit, and supplier evaluation on Q-system level.
Responsibilities:
1. Continuously improve the quality management system and ensure the compliance to ISO 9001 standard requirement
2. Implement process standardization activities including Process IT tools(N5) maintain and application improvement.
3. Implement annual audit program, report the changes and deviation in time, Internal auditor for supplier audit, process audit in assembly and manufacturing process.
4. Facilitate finding from open to close and enable system improvement.
5. Analysis the system risks and give input to management review meeting.
6. Support supplier audit activities and monitor effectiveness in case of need
7. Develop and improve internal Q-training programs. (Q-Academy)
Requirements:
1. Strong facilitation skill to enable system improvement through analysis, audit.
2. Bachelor’s degree majoring in engineering or above
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
4. At least 5 years quality engineering background in manufacturing field.
5. Familiar with engine product and related production process
6. Working experience in supplier quality management is preferred.
7. Familiar to quality system and quality tools
8. Can manage high workload, independent problem analysis ability.
9. Good computer skills and good teamwork spirit.
