Job Title: Planning and Logistics manager
Take care of MP and planning including material and production planning, Import-export, warehouse functions. Through good leadership and commination/ coordination skills achieve smooth production and satisfy customer target. Responsible for PP fill-rate, inventory, OTD, past due KPI’s achievement.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Coordinate with customer service on demand forecast accuracy and leveling. Keep OTD to customers >95% and avoid any penalties from customer.
- Lead team work on order evaluation and material & production plan development. Push, check execution status and coordinate to solve problems timely during production.
- Suppliers purchase order management and OTD improvement. Potential risk alert and find solutions avoid any materials shortage.
- Capacity analysis & headcounter planning to find solution on bottle neck process to maximize output. Work with all function team on material evaluation, judgement and ensure of daily plan executed smoothly.
- Monitor inventory status and keep appropriate action to reduce inventory level (Warehouse include) and improvements on inventory turns.
- Monitor arrangement on goods delivery and ensure Import & Export implement strictly to Custom requirement. Handbook management skills are required.
- Analyze demand and capacity to make proposal on investment. Support NPI project from start to release.
- Use knowledge to optimize Internal logistic and external logistic cost.
- Department PMS and budget setting in new fiscal year.
Qualification:
- 10+ years' work experience and at least 5 years of role experience or equal experience.
- Well know Plex system or relate ERP system.
- Experienced in Inv. and freight expense reduction through tool utilization.
- Have knowledge on lean production and lean logistic.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Good skill in English speaking and written.
- Good leadership and coach skills on people develop.
- Excellent data analysis sense and skills.
